Tom Lehrer
Tom Lehrer is my hero. I grew up listening to him and thought I had heard them all until this hilarious video ended up in my inbox. Some of his writing is SO over the top! Apparently Ol' Tom was a BIT angry! Enjoy.
Happy Friday!

Don't forget this one.
Appropriate theme since that's what's happening.
People love getting beaten up by the Indians, the Chinese and their very own American boss!
One of my few regrets in life is that I never busted my ass to take his overview of mathematics course at UCSC when I was there. Word had it that there was no piano in the lecture hall, but who cares? It's Tom Lehrer!
How true, Mel. Time to replace the National Anthem with The Masochism Tango. I grew up listening to Lehrer as a pre-kindergartner, loving the music and memorizing the words. (Back in the early day, belting out a few bars from the Masochism Tango while visiting my grandmother, for instance, not knowing what the hell the song alluded to raised an eyebrow or two.)
That would have been so cool, Sara!
The guy's a genius. It would have been great to see him perform live, as he's not doing them anymore.
